Welcome to the Online Test Registration portal for Dame Alice Owen's School for Secondary Transfer Admission in September 2027. Registration opens on 29th April 2026 and closes at 4pm on the 10th of June 2026. No registrations will be accepted after 10th June.

This registration process is designed to be simple, but if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Admissions Department. 

Note: We are unable to address any registration queries after the closing date unless you can provide the automated Submission Complete email.    

IMPORTANT POINTS:

Your child's permanent home address MUST be within one of our Local Priority Areas in order for your child to sit our tests. We cannot accept registrations from outside of these areas. Proof of address will be requested if required.

Only a parent or parent's representative should complete the registration

To start, click the ‘Add New Test Registration’ button below and complete the form.  If you cannot finish in one sitting, your entered information will be saved and accessible when you log back in.

A headshot of your child is required for registration. If you don't have one, you can start the registration and add this later but it must be submitted by the deadline.

After submitting your Test Registration Form, you will receive an automated "Submission Complete" email. Keep this for your records. If you do not receive it, contact the Admissions Office (check your Junk mail folder first).

Siblings (as defined within our Admissions Arrangements) are not eligible to take our tests as they will always be allocated places before the academic and music test criteria.
